PETS IN THE PARK
Pets in the Park takes place in Valley Park @2521 Valley Drive in the Spring. This beloved program has been a local favorite and is growing. If your pet needs a checkup or vaccination, a mobile vet will be offering discounted shots- no appointment necessary. If you haven’t registered your pet with the city, you will have the opportunity to get them licensed with no penalty. Want to be a responsible pet owner but not sure of all Hermosa Beach laws? A Hermosa Beach Community Services Officer will be available to answer your questions. Behavioral problems or new puppy that needs some training? We will have some of the best trainers in the South Bay happy to share pointers and lead your pup towards the path of excellent canine citizenship. If you are looking for a companion, on-site adoptions will be available.
Face-painting, Food Trucks, Dog Parade, Blessing of the Animals & Raffle Prizes, lots of local pet shops and professional photos with your pet.

Pumpkins in the Park
Family friendly fun at Edith Rodaway Friendship Park located on Prospect Avenue & Hollowell. Come in costume and march in the costume parade! Pick a pumpkin, decorate it and take it home. This event supports HB Friends of the Parks non-profit foundation and their efforts to improve, preserve and promote the parks and recreation programs in Hermosa Beach.

with City of Hermosa Beach !

Popcorn and Water available for purchase.
Pedones will be selling their Pizza by the Slice.
Friends of the Parks tee shirts, caps and blankets will be sold.
Free event but donations appreciated!
All profits will fund the organization's efforts to preserve, improve and promote the use of Hermosa Beach parks and recreation programs for the benefit of the entire community.
